In developed countries, there is a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE policy. This literally means, "I have faith in myself AND WHAT I have to offer". IF I fail you, I will refund you financially! In Malaysia, we have NON-REFUNDABLE policy. It is as good as saying that "I am selling a reject to you and I DON'T WANT IT BACK!"
